Notice To Purchasers*

Please be informed that the implementation of digital signing for the Sale and Purchase Agreement (eSPA) under the Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS) by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) is expected to commence from 1 January 2026.

Purchasers are required to install the “IDsaya” mobile application and complete the eKYC verification through the application before proceeding with the eSPA signing process. By continuing with the purchase, purchasers acknowledge and agree that these procedures form part of the signing requirements under the HIMS platform.

Homebuyers are required to complete the eKYC verification through IDsaya before signing the eSPA.
