Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Marketing & Branding
Job Description
- Coordinating marketing campaigns & sales activities.
- To monitor A&P budget and expenditure within approved budget.
- To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned.
- Conducting marketing competitor research.
- Handling social media & content marketing and visual.
- Keep track on company website info to be updated on timely manner and monitor all enquiry on daily basis.
- Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc.
- Organized on site event, roadshow.
- Liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner.
- To attend and update of all walk-in/phone calls/mail enquiries on enquiries report and to follow up on timeline manner.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently.
- Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in powerpoint and Canva will advantage.
- At least 3 years of working experience in property development industry is a MUST for this position.
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English, Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Confident, responsible, self-motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.
- Possess own transport.

Job Description
- Recruitment and Hiring: HR professionals are responsible for attracting, interviewing, and hiring new staff. This includes developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and conducting interviews.
- Employee Relations: They manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Training and Development: HR is involved in onboarding new employees and providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Benefits Administration: HR professionals support payroll, statutory and benefits administration and oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Policy Development and Compliance: They develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and equitable workplace.
- Performance Management: HR is responsible for evaluating employee performance, conducting performance reviews, and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Human Re or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR Hiring or recruitment related roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labour laws.
- High level of ethics and professionalism in managing company and employees’ personal data.
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of Malay and English.
- Confident, responsible, self motivated, outgoing and responsive that able to communicate & present well with any level of people and work as a team.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 6.00pm , Alternate Saturdays from 9.00am to 2.30pm
